Aazam Zahoor Sofi, born in the enchanting region of Kashmir—often celebrated as the “Paradise on Earth”—emerged as a literary prodigy from a tender age. He is a 12th-passed-out student from a prestigious school in Valley, DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL. Currently he's doing his bachelor's of business administration in financial management course at Cluster University Srinagar, and he is a 1st-year student at college. He penned his first stories at just 8 years old, showcasing a talent for weaving intricate tales and imagining vivid characters. Aazam’s journey as a writer is marked by his unwavering passion and resilience. Despite facing significant personal challenges, including periods of loneliness and psychological struggles, he never wavered from his craft. His pen and diary became his closest companions, enabling him to transform his deepest emotions and observations into compelling narratives. His writing, rich in themes of love, friendship, success, and failure, also delves into the darker realities of society. Aazam’s unique voice has been featured in numerous anthologies, the first one being "Our Stolen Heaven " in 2021, and he has compiled the book “Era of Love.” 2022 His first solo book, “Words of a Young Writer,” 2022, though marred by a challenging publishing experience, was a dream come true. Subsequent works, such as “Treasure of Words” (2022) and “Secret Behind the Words” (2023), further solidified his reputation, despite facing obstacles from unscrupulous publishers. He has recently gotten the title of youngest novelist and bestselling author of his state for his book “ Love and Tragedies.” 2024. Aazam is an outstanding Author of 4 books and co-author of 15+ anthologies and books. Aazam’s work spans a wide array of themes, reflecting his diverse experiences and deep emotional insights. He has written extensively on topics such as sibling relationships, betrayal, mothers, fathers, friendship, enmity, and love. Many of these pieces are intensely personal, offering readers a window into his soul and the struggles he has endured. Beyond his books, Aazam had played a vital role in the artistic community as an organizing member at Arts With Breetton and a podcaster at BreettonWoods Production. His resilience is particularly inspiring; despite dealing with high impulsivity and anxiety, Aazam has amassed a beautiful collection of 170 poems and numerous short stories by the age of 18.
